Lamb Tandouri



  • Lamb
  • Beef
  • Bread
  • Onion
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Aged Kasseri Cheese




Arrange the arms of lamb on an oven tray. Add enough water to cover the lamb about 1/4th of the depth and add plenty of salt. Cut onions into quarters and add to the tray. Bake for 3.5-4 hours at 200 degrees Celsius. Before serving, let the meat rest and the pull off the bone for serving.
