Pumpkin Dessert



  •  Pumpkin
  •  Sugar
  •  Water
  •  Walnuts
  •  Clotted Cream 




Slice, peal and clean the seeds of the pumpkin. Place in a pot, pour sugar over and between the pumpkin slices, cover and leave overnight. The pumpkin will release its juices. The next day, cook over medium heat until the pumpkin softens. Serve with walnuts or cream as desired.
