Turkish Coffee Cooked on a Sandpit Stovei

 

Preparation:

For each serving, add a coffee cup of cold water to the copper coffee pot. Add finely ground coffee to the pot.

Place the coffee pot on the hot sandpit stove and let the coffee cook slowly. Remove and place the coffee pot frequently from the sandpit. Once the coffee foams, spoon out the foam to each serving cup. Cook the coffee once more and then serve.
