Special Uludag Meatball



  •  Leg of Lamb
  •  Beef Rib
  •  Bread
  •  Onion 
  •  Salt



Mix even amounts of medium-fat leg of lamb and medium-fat beef rib meat and put it through the meat grinder. Add some bread and let it rest for one day. The next day, add finely chopped onions and run it trough the meat grinder again and then press it through a meat patty press into desired patty sizes.
