In 1956 ULUDAĞ KEBAPÇISI has started its history as a little restaurant with four tables at Denizciler Street in Ankara. still today, with the appritiation of its visitors, its reputation has grown by giving her name to the taste. Then, it began to serve as a 250 people restaurant in a two storey building. In 1985, ULUDAĞ began to serve as ULUDAĞ ET LOKANTASI in İstanbul at Florya which is among the most beautiful sites in the city. With the trust and appritiation of its visitors in the 40 th years of its service ULUDAĞ KEBAPÇISI has moved to its new modern building at Denizciler Street in Ankara.

In 2001, as a pionery behavior ,the third restaurant was openned at ÇayYolu District which is one of the development trade area of Ankara in recent years. After one year of this opennig, Uludağ has  a new restaurant with its separate space at the second floor of Armada Shopping Mall. With its own elevator from the shopping mall’s  entrance and 300 capacity of people,Uludağ Kebap become the only independent restaurant at the Mall.  Then in 2007, Uludag Meat Restaurant, which is located in Oran at Panora shopping Mall opened. The Panora branch has a capacity of up to 220 guests. There is a private room available for special dinners or meetings with the capacity of 40 people. The room is suitable for slide, projection shows and presentations.
